Miles’ mediator and arbitrator Greg Parent will speak at the event on Friday, March 7, during the breakout session, “Breaking Up the Staring Contest in Settlement and Mediation”. This session will address the common problem of multiple carriers or defendants facing contested allocation issues during settlement talks. The program, presented as a “mock mediation,” will highlight techniques used by mediators to streamline multi-party settlements, providing practitioners with tools to effectively navigate negotiations.
