Michael J. Eshman Joins Miles Mediation & Arbitration in Atlanta

ATLANTA, September 9, 2020– Miles Mediation & Arbitration, the largest ADR provider in the southeast, is proud to announce the addition of Michael Eshman to its panel in Atlanta. Eshman is a mediator and arbitrator specializing in premises liability, products liability, professional liability (including medical malpractice), construction injury and defect cases, and automobile and trucking liability.

In addition to managing a full-time ADR practice, Eshman is currently a trial attorney and law partner in the Decatur, Georgia law firm Eshman Begnaud, LLC, with a focus on representing plaintiffs in products liability and other third-party liability cases arising from workplace injuries. The firm also handles other catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, governmental liability and federal civil rights cases, and criminal and civil appeals in state and federal court.
