Miles’ neutrals Steve Dunn and Angus Macaulay will present at the 2024 South CarolinaBar Convention on January 18-21 in Charleston, SC. The convention is the premier event for the legal profession in South Carolina. More than 1,000 attorneys, judges, and legal professionals attend the event each year, which features a lineup of social events and continuing legal education (CLE) seminars covering a wide range of topics.

Steve and Angus will present during the Employment and Labor Bar Section Seminar, Navigating the Evolving Landscape of Employment Law: Insights and Innovations. This seminar explores the convergence of employment law, technology, and equality. Attendees will gain actionable insights from speakers covering essential topics such as effective employment law mediation, the revolutionary impact of artificial intelligence (AI) in workplaces, and a retrospective on the 60th Anniversary of Title VII.

Steve and Angus are speaking on a panel titled, “Tips and Tricks to Maximize Success when Mediating Employment Law Matters.” The session will take place from 8:30 AM – 9:15 AM on Friday, January 19. They will also be accompanied by panelist Amy Gaffney; Gaffney Lewis, LLC.
