Todd Drucker Presents at the ABA 2023 Advanced Mediation & Advocacy Skills Institute

Miles’ national business director Todd Drucker joins the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution 2023 Advanced Mediation & Advocacy Skills Institute as a speaker. He will present during the session, “Report from Providers  – Insights as to How We Can Do Better and Ongoing Initiatives to Make it Happen,” along with Svetlana Gitman, vice president, American Arbitration Association; Abbey Pellino Hawthorne, deputy director, arbitration & ADR, North America, International Chamber of Commerce; Mia Levi, vice president, global development, CPR Dispute Resolution Services; Mara Weinstein, neutral recruiter/trainer, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA); and Matthew P. York, vice president, JAMS.

 

The session will take place on Thursday, October 19th from 11:45-1:00 PM and will cover topics such as caseload management; diversity within the industry; strategies for evaluating and selecting neutrals and for securing placements on esteemed ADR panels; how rapidly evolving technology is reshaping delivery of ADR services; and the transformative potential of a post-pandemic world.

 

The theme of this year’s event is “Mediating at the Cutting Edge: Advanced Tools and Strategies for Today and Tomorrow.” This two-day virtual meeting provides an opportunity to learn from leading social, behavioral, and legal authorities and explore mediation advancements and innovations in technique, delivery, strategy, and technology.
